Library Instruction Request Form

Library Instruction sessions (typically 75 minutes in length) are tailored to the needs of the class to complete a specific library research assignment. Sessions may range from an overview of basic library resources to the use of advanced or subject research materials and techniques. Please note:

• We request 10 days notice to schedule your class session.
• You will be contacted to verify date and time and to discuss material to be presented.
• We request 75 minutes for most sessions.
• Please inform students of the exact assignment in advance of the session. It is helpful if students have an idea of their research topic before the session.

You will be contacted by your subject librarian to discuss library instruction and to confirm the session date, location, and time.
