The One Button Studio, located on the first floor of the Franklin D. Schurz Library, is a digital video production room that requires no prior production experience. The studio is available for use by IU South Bend students, faculty, and staff, and is made possible by the IU South Bend Center for Distance Education and University Information Technology Services. The studio also contains a Virtual Reality station. It is suggested (but not required) that individuals have a friend with them because the game can be a little disorienting. The IT consultant is available to assist with game operation as needed.
Use the Studio to:
- Record a podcast
- Use green screen to create visual effects
- Rehearse speeches or other public presentations
- Create videos for instruction, student group promotion, or group projects
Please note that reservations require a valid IUSB email address and can be made up to 7 days in advance. Students can use the room up to 2 hours per day; faculty and staff may request extended time. Pick up the key to the One Button Studio from the Circulation Desk. You will be asked to show your IU ID.
