Large Lamination Press
The press is used for lamination of any size object,
from a small die cutout to a posterboard and more. We have two
widths of lamination material, seal release paper, and a tacking
iron for use with the lamination press. The press is kept on and
hot during business hours.

Roller
Laminator
The roller laminator is 18 inches wide, and is a quick and easy
way to laminate smaller projects. The roller laminator is often
kept turned off during business hours, so allow yourself 15 minutes
after turning the machine on to run any projects through the machine. |

Dry
Mount Press
Smaller and kept cooler than the large lamination press, the dry
mount press is set to the right temperature for dry mounting. We
have two sizes of dry mount tissue, as well as a roll of tissue
for larger projects. The dry mount press is kept hot during business
hours. Seal release paper and a tacking iron are kept nearby to
assist you. |

Xyron 2500 Cold Laminator
The Xyron is a cold lamination device that gives the
laminated image an adhesive back (like contact paper).

Ellison
/ Accu-cut Dies [ Ellison List]
The Ellison and Accu-cut dies cut shapes and letters from paper,
posterboard, and other products (almost anything that scissors can
cut). The ERC has a large variety of shapes, including animals,
borders, symbols, letters, and continues to acquire new shapes.
The ERC keeps both posterboard and construction paper in stock.

Backing Paper
The ERC has several colors of four-foot-wide backing paper from
which to choose. It is mainly used for bulletin board backgrounds,
but can be used for any number of projects.
Backing paper has color on only one side.

Comb
Binder
We have three sizes of binder comb in stock (up to 7/8 inch) to
bind your paper, project, or book. The binder machine punches holes
in the side that allow the teeth of the comb to slip through easily.
The wide ring of the comb allows the book to be opened flat on a
table for easy viewing. |

Proclick Binding Machine
The new Proclick binding machine is amazingly easy to use. You can bind your own book or project and add a frosted, see -through cover combined with a durable back. |

Computers with Color Printers
The ERC is home to 6 computers workstations. 2 PCs have CD burners, Windows XP and are connected to flat-bed scanners. The 3 IMacs have the OS X (Tiger), Micrsoft Office and are connect to Snap Scan PDF scanners. All computers are networked to a color laser printer and 1 PC is connected to a printer capable of printing up to an 11x17 page.
The ERC has software not available in most campus computer labs, which include Printshop V22, Adobe photo shop V 7.0, Inspirations 8.

Circulation
Desk
The circulation desk is where you can check out books, pay for materials,
or pick up holds and reserves. |

Work
Tables
Several large work tables allow you to spread out while working
on your projects, or to work in a group. |

Poster Printer
Creates poster-size sheets from an original 8.5 x 11 image. Originals can be enlarged to 17 x 22 or 23 x 31. Poster may be printed in one color. Seven colors are available (red, black, blue, maroon, purple, hunter green, green).
All the posterprinter paper is white, with varying color
film. Film colors kept in stock include: blue, green, red,
purple, hunter green, maroon, and black.

Copier
The Color copier produces wonderfully clear images in color or black and white. It can copy to a variety of paper types and can produce color or black and white transparencies.

Scanner
The Color image scanner, S510M ScanSnap for the Mac is available for the campus community. An easy to use scanner to turn images on paper into PDFs. Effortless scanning for double sided 8 x 11 color documents. Used with Adobe acrobat software, this scanner displays and allows one to edit PDF documents for printing or attaching to email.
